It’s been an exciting year. More than 300 brands are now recruiting on Wirkn and over 150,000 applications were made this past year! And best of all, hiring managers continue to tell us how much they love video applications and the time it saves them.
We’ve been listening to your enthusiastic feedback and have been working hard to make Wirkn even easier to use, more accessible with expanded web and chat access, and available to more hiring teams. We are excited to release our biggest update to the Wirkn Manager Dashboard yet. Here’s what’s new:
Faster & easier job postings
We’ve simplified the process of posting a job on Wirkn with pre-written job descriptions. Job titles and descriptions are now created at the “brand” level, enabling hiring managers to now simply turn a job on or off for each store location as needed. No longer will you need to create a job description each time you post a position, or for each store location.
Easier multi-location management
In this update we’ve made it easier to manage multiple locations and hiring teams. Hiring managers with responsibility for multiple locations can now view all their open jobs and applicants, by location, from within one dashboard.
In addition, access to Wirkn can now be set-up and managed for each of your store locations, giving you better control over who has access to jobs and applicant data for each location.
Improved applicant sorting and filtering
Get right to the best candidates and create short lists for each job with new filters for applicant status, location or job. Bookmark favorite candidate profiles for more direct access or sharing, or alternatively hide non-qualified applications from view. New automated status updates help you and your team keep better track of which applicants have been viewed, shortlisted, contacted, declined, or hired.
New built-in messaging
You can now contact candidates right from within Wirkn and keep all your candidate outreach communications organized in one place.
Enhanced brand pages
Stand out by customizing your brand page colors, images and videos. Improved search and web access to brand pages and associated jobs enable applicants to more easily discover your open positions.
Improved candidate experience
In addition to many enhancements for hiring managers, we have also made it easier for potential applicants to discover your brand and apply. Applicants can now browse & discover nearby brands, more easily find specific jobs with our enhanced search, and create their user profiles faster than ever.
